Business Support Administrator – Bournemouth

We are TC Group, a top 20 accountancy firm in the UK, looking for a Business Support Administrator to support our growing client portfolio in a centrally located Bournemouth office.


Key responsibilities

* Support onboarding of new clients.
* Assist with anti‑money laundering and compliance checks.
* Arrange client meetings and coordinate diaries.
* Provide company secretarial and administrative support.
* Assist operational teams with client interactions.
* Perform general administrative and data handling duties.


About you

* Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4‑9 including English and Maths.
* Previous administrative experience is desirable.
* Clear and professional communication skills.
* Strong organisation and multitasking ability.
* Confidence dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Attention to detail and adherence to processes.
* Willingness to learn new systems and ways of working.
* Strong ethics and professionalism.
