Responsibilities
Responsible for the operational delivery of the complaints process to ensure the implementation of the Complaints Handling Procedure across the Partnership.
Focus on the complaints investigation element and the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman activity.
Participate in the delivery of training and education related to complaints to all levels and professions within the Partnership and to new members of the Complaints Team, ensuring appropriate handling and compliance with policy.
Requirements
Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this post may require a higher level of criminal records check. If assessed as a regulated role, appointment will be subject to the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
