Role Title: DevOps Integration Engineer

Rate: £455 per day inside ir35
Role Description:
We are looking for a DevOps Integration Engineer to support the development, automation, and integration of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment tooling. This role will work closely with engineering teams to streamline development workflows and ensure stable, efficient environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins).
Support integration of build, test, and deployment automation across services.
Assist with provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure using IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep).
Deploy and manage containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
Monitor environment health, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and resolve integration failures.
Implement basic DevSecOps practices such as secrets management and automated security checks.
Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to ensure smooth deployments.
Maintain documentation, standards, and reusable templates.
Required Skills & Experience:
Practical experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline automation.
Working knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform or equivalent).
Understanding of containers, Kubernetes fundamentals, and orchestration concepts.
Scripting ability (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
Good problem solving, debugging, and integration skills.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
Familiarity with GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux).
Experience with automated security tools (SAST/DAST).
Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications.
