What you will do:
* Review and assess plans for children in care to ensure all needs are being met
* Chair reviews for a range of care cases to ensure high-quality decision-making
* Monitor care plans, providing guidance and recommendations for improvements
* Liaise and collaborate with social service teams to maintain standards and consistency
* Engage with children and families to enhance outcomes and build trust
* Keep accurate records and documentation to comply with statutory regulations
Requirements of the Independent Reviewing Officer:
To qualify for this dynamic role, you must have a degree or equivalent in social work and be registered with Social Work England. Your substantial frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker within UK Social Services will be crucial to your success.
