Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright individual fluent in German, English, and another EU language to become part of an international organisation in Watford. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing customer orders: processing sales orders and handling invoices.
2. Proactively dealing with any returns, delivery, and order issues.
3. Being the first point of contact for customer order queries, answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
4. Ensuring all client account records are kept up to date.
5. Working alongside the sales team and other departments as required.
About you:
* The ideal candidate will be confident with fluency in German, English, and another EU language, possessing outstanding communication skills, as you will be interacting with various clients and departments within the company.
