The Role As Construction Project Manager, you will: Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale capital projects (~£30m capex) across ENWL sites. Ensure health, safety, and compliance are at the forefront of every project, with strong knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations. Manage contractors, professional consultants (surveyors, architects, engineers) and internal stakeholders. Administer contracts, monitor budgets and programmes, and oversee final account agreements. Undertake regular site inspections to ensure quality, compliance, and programme milestones are achieved. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard. About You We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: Extensive experience managing construction projects (client-side or consultancy). A relevant degree (construction, surveying, or related discipline). Experience managing health, safety, and CDM compliance. Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills. Experience with security-related or physical security upgrade projects (desirable). Chartered or accredited project management qualification (desirable).
