You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Fareham as a care assistant.
A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, personalised care to older people in their own homes
* Support with daily living activities, mobility, personal care, and wellbeing
* Follow care plans and document any changes to client needs
* Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for clients
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
* Respect client dignity and independence while promoting comfort and safety
Qualifications
* Over 18 years old
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS disclosure and provide satisfactory references
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
