The Opportunity
A great opportunity for an experienced Bench Joiner to join a well-established main contractor with an in-house joinery function. You’ll be workshop-based, producing high-quality bespoke joinery items for use across a range of commercial, residential and specialist construction projects.
This role offers stability, consistent workload and the chance to work as part of a skilled, professional team delivering quality craftsmanship.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:

Manufacturing bespoke joinery items within a workshop environment.

Working from technical drawings and specifications.
*
Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances.
*
Operating workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
*
Ensuring quality standards are met before items leave the workshop.
*
Working closely with site teams to meet programme requirements.
*
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
About You
*
Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or Workshop Joiner.
*
Ability to read and interpret detailed joinery drawings.
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
*
Confident using joinery machinery and hand tools.
*
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
*
Health & Safety aware.
