Clinical Negligence Solicitor | Manchester | 2 PQE | Hybrid Working A highly regarded UK law firm, who are consistently ranked among The Times Best 250 Law Firms, is expanding its Medical Negligence team and is seeking experienced Grade B and Grade C Solicitors to join their Manchester team. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will: Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of clinical negligence matters from instruction to resolution. Work closely with clients, medical experts and counsel to secure the best possible outcomes. Work within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Contribute to larger group actions and high-profile cases alongside senior colleagues. Play a meaningful role in securing justice for clients. What we are looking for: A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence. Strong knowledge of the pre-action protocol for clinical disputes and the CPR. The ability to analyse and interpret complex medical evidence. Experience using case management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A compassionate, client-focused approach.
