We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Procurement Consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit located in the UK, to join our team. You will help lead our purpose, build business capabilities, and transform the lives of marketers through client projects spanning all areas of our services — marketing operations, marketing skills & capabilities, marketing technology, and agency management. You will be responsible for leading and managing exciting and complex client projects, including (but not limited to): running pitches, facilitating workshops, designing new marketing organizational structures and processes, helping create new tech and data architectures, writing presentations, conducting client interviews, and promoting Flock services. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on contracting experience and deep knowledge of U.S. marketing industry best practices. Strong understanding of, and experience with, the latest industry best practices (WFA/ANA/ISBA — transparency, audit rights, personnel, representation, data, AI, responsible sourcing), and have developed your own recent experience contracting for marketing services across all agency types. Strong ability to large-scale contract reviews to develop best practices. Experience across multiple advertiser category sectors. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to work independently without guidance. Professional demeanour with proven ability to quickly build trusted, senior-level client relationships. Responsibilities: Clients: Lead client projects with things such as (but not limited to) workshop preparation & logistics, presentation writing, client interviews, information gathering, conduct research proposal writing, problem solving and cross selling Flock services. Management : Managing project teams’ team to ensure that all work is delivered to the highest standard ensuring on-time, in-budget delivery. Contribute to the building of Flock’s Culture. Thought Leadership: Intellectual and product leadership within your practice area. Create and inspire content in partnership with sales and marketing channel experts (CRM, social, etc.). Commercial: Deliver on business growth targets ensuring that we constantly add value to our clients and support the revenue growth of Flock. Strategy: Drive our Partner integration — we have partnerships with production and media auditors. Contribute to the development of Agency Management Tools (Flock Agency Scoping Tool, Flock Agency Appraisal Tool, and Flock Media Health Check Tool).
