What will you be doing?
* Leading in-person induction training for new consultants at our Reed Business School (3-day sessions, once a month)
* Running engaging training sessions at key Reed offices – London, Birmingham, Manchester, Northampton
* Supporting quarterly 2-day training events at our Northampton head office
* Driving impactful learning projects during your home-based days
Who are we looking for?
* Experienced agency recruiters with a proven billing track record
* Natural communicators with exceptional presentation skills
* Credible, proactive professionals who can lead by example
* Ideally, you'll have experience in facilitating learning and building strong stakeholder relationships
