We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator for the building solutions division of a global plastics manufacturer with nearly 200 locations worldwide. The role is based in our office near Glasgow.
The Role:
Known internally as the Technical Sales Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
* Participating in internal and external pipe system tender submissions
* Providing technical support to customers in the UK & Republic of Ireland, including occasional on-site support during installation and operation
* Managing focused individual tasks within a wider project team from feasibility to installation and commissioning
* Collaborating with Sales Managers and external project stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working directly with customers and familiarity with CRM systems
* Ability to interpret technical drawings
* Experience creating bills of materials, quotations, or tender submissions
* Previous experience in the HVAC industry, such as pipework, district heating, or heat pumps, is preferred
