Position details:
* Secondary English Teacher
* Location: Lewes
* Job Type: Full-time
* Salary: £28k - £43k (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to secondary school students.
2. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
3. Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
4. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, respectful atmosphere.
5. Collaborate with staff to support student development.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching methodologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to various classroom environments and teaching styles
* Enthusiasm for education and making a positive impact on students
