A fantastic Care Manager opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s leading and most awarded domiciliary care franchises. Based in Andover, this office is part of a nationally recognised brand known for its outstanding culture, values, and commitment to both clients and care professionals.

This is a key role within an ‘Outstanding’ service with CQC. You will work closely with the senior team in ensuring high quality homecare as well as growth of the service. There will be exceptional support provided as well as scope to progress quickly into the Registered Manager position!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service in Andover.
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality standards.
Support and lead a dedicated care team, focusing on retention, morale, and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of care staff.
Manage client assessments, risk plans, and ensure care delivery is tailored and effective.Requirements:

Experience in Domiciliary Care or similar care setting
Happy to consider driven people that are looking to progress (e.g Care co, Deputy level)
Good understanding of CQC compliance and care sector best practice.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A passion for high-quality care and staff wellbeing.
Local to and knowledge of the Andover area
Driver with access to own vehicle
