About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Residential Youth Support Worker to join a committed team at a children’s residential home in East Sussex. The home offers high-quality, nurturing care for children and young people aged 7–19 who have experienced significant trauma and are unable to live in foster placements. Some may also have learning disabilities or other complex needs. In this role, you will be key in creating a safe, stable, and supportive environment where young people can recover, build independence, and reach their full potential.
