Role Overview
We're now looking for a Site Trainer to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
1. Delivery of training courses to new and existing colleagues.
2. Conducting all Ground Service Equipment (GSE) training in accordance with current legislation and company requirements.
3. Devising, implementing, and conducting GSE operators' courses.
4. Ensuring full compliance with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes, and policies, and reporting breaches.
5. Displaying a professional image.
6. Providing and supporting all mandatory, compliance, and induction training.
7. Developing and designing training interactions that contribute to the business and comply with industry standards and legislation.
Candidate Profile

* Previous experience in aviation, understanding DHL's safety policies, and extensive knowledge of airlines and airport authorities is desirable but not essential.
* A forward-thinking and organized leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven in team and self-development.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, as you will work closely with diverse colleagues and airline personnel.
* Good IT literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
* Train the Trainer' certificate or relevant training qualification is desirable.
* Full UK manual driving license — essential.
* Experience in delivering Aviation Security training.
Security Process

* Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
* Obtain a full airside ID, which involves additional checks.
