You will be assisting the head and sous chef in running the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience on hot section, good knowledge of sauce making, cooking with fresh fish, seafood and various cuts of meats, pan frying and oven roasting.
Monthly bonus over the summer months, very good tips and other gratuities.
This is a 5 days a week full time senior position with working hours from 10:00-22:00 on Monday to Saturday shifts and Sunday shifts until 5pm.
