This expanding team are looking for an experienced Child Care Solicitor, who is a Member of the Children Panel, to lead complex legal cases, guide a talented team of solicitors and paralegals, and play a key role in developing this thriving department.
What youll do:
: Handle a broad caseload : from Care Orders to Domestic Abuse cases
: Represent parents, relatives, and children (including through CAFCASS)
: Supervise and mentor legal team members
: Deliver impactful training and development
: Drive new business and build strong external relationships
Youll be covering every corner of child care law : Legal Aid/CCMS, protection orders, international adoptions, court proceedings, and more.
