About Our Opportunity We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our Contact Centre team in Warrington. In this role, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced call centre environment, managing a high volume of customer calls and emails each day. You’ll help ensure our service remains consistent, compliant, and customer-focused, while supporting your team to stay organised, motivated, and performing at their best. What You Will Be Doing Leading, coaching, and motivating a customer service team to achieve shared goals. Ensuring agreed service standards are met and customer interactions are handled consistently. Supporting the team with customer enquiries and triaging issues to the right teams for resolution. Monitoring customer feedback, identifying trends, and contributing to continuous improvement. Working closely with operations, commercial, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth service delivery. Building strong working relationships across the business and supporting a positive team culture. About You Previous experience leading or coaching a team in a customer service environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to support customers and colleagues effectively. Organised, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Detail-focused with a commitment to accuracy and service standards. A supportive, people-focused leader who enjoys developing others and driving improvement.
