What We’re Looking For Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Strong clinical skills and confidence in delivering high-quality nursing care. Experience in a nursing home or care home setting ( desirable ). Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans and best practice. Use your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents. Administer medications safely and accurately, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. Respond to medical needs and emergencies during night shifts, ensuring safety and dignity. Lead, support, and guide care staff, fostering teamwork and professional development. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with regulatory standards.
