Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC and manual machines within a production cell Work from engineering drawings, tool lists and set-up sheets Load and unload components safely using manual handling or lifting equipment Set CNC machines using programme setting sheets and multiple tooling stations Carry out first-off inspection and ongoing dimensional and visual checks Make offset adjustments to maintain component quality Support assembly operations where required Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and machine care Report machine or tooling defects to minimise downtime and scrap Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives Liaise with engineering, quality and production teams to resolve technical issues Skills & Experience Previous experience setting and operating CNC Turning, Milling or Mill/Turn machines Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Understanding of geometric tolerancing Experience using a range of engineering measurement tools Strong attention...
