What you will be doing:
* Conduct forklift, safety, and Pit B training programs for employees.
* Schedule and conduct training for all functions and shifts.
* Organize weekly safety orientation for new hires.
* Evaluate training effectiveness to meet strategic goals.
* Provide recommendations to managers regarding account entry.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum 3 months experience/training preferred.
* Ability to work overtime as needed.
* Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
