In this vital role, you'll support our commitment to client satisfaction by managing and analysing feedback on our services and our supply chain. You'll be responsible for dealing with client feedback and service issues, documenting client experiences, and identifying trends to help us continuously improve our offerings and those of our partners.

Hours Of Work
40 hours per week Monday to Friday. This role will be office based initially with the option to work from home in line with Inntel’s flexible working policy following successful completion of the settling in period.
