A growing retail business is looking for a commercially minded Furniture Buyer / Product Development Manager to help shape and develop its product offer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced buying or product professional who understands furniture retail, customer trends, sourcing, and what makes a commercially successful range.

The Opportunity
Youll play a key role in developing compelling furniture ranges that deliver strong customer appeal and commercial performance.
Responsibilities will include:
* Developing and sourcing commercially successful furniture ranges
* Identifying product opportunities across category and price architecture
* Working with suppliers on product development, design adaptations, specifications and costings
* Negotiating pricing, margins and supplier terms
* Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer demand
* Managing supplier relationships in the UK and internationally
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders across trading, operations and leadership
* Balancing speed, quality and margin in a fast-paced retail environment
* Supporting the wider product strategy as the business continues to evolve
