A fast-growing Series A startup at the intersection of eCommerce, fashion, and fintech is hiring a Product Manager to help scale the next generation of its platform, used by some of the world’s leading fashion retailers.
This is a rare chance to take true ownership of complex, high-impact products in an environment where fashion and tech collide. You'll work directly with senior leadership, shape the roadmap, and deliver products that change how people shop for fashion, globally.
The role includes meaningful equity with serious upside potential (10–100x) and the chance to join a high-calibre team building something truly category-defining.
What You’ll Do
* Lead a cross-functional squad (x6) delivering both business- and consumer-facing features
* Own and shape the product roadmap using data, customer insights, and market signals
* Translate complex user needs into elegant, scalable product solutions
* Partner closely with engineering, design, ops, and leadership to ship high-impact features
* Drive experimentation (A/B tests, MVPs) to validate ideas and improve performance
* Communicate product progress, trade-offs, and decisions across stakeholders
* Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a world-class product function
* Support the company’s move to Shopify and help scale internationally
What We’re Looking For
You’re not just a feature-shipper. You’ve built, and you want to build again. You’re analytical, customer-focused, commercially sharp, and care deeply about how products look, feel, and perform.
* Deep understanding of fashion eCommerce challenges, with a proven track record designing scalable, elegant solutions for real-world customer and business problems
* Genuine passion for the fashion industry and the future of digital retail
* Strong data fluency — confident working with large datasets (e.g. 40k+ rows in Excel), pivot tables, formulas, and analytics tools to find insight and tell stories
* Proven experience leading 0–1 product builds, not just UI iterations or roadmap tickets
* Comfortable running A/B tests, MVPs, and iterative experiments to drive meaningful product outcomes
* Experience leading cross-functional squads and mentoring junior team members
* Strong familiarity with Shopify, APIs, and technical integrations (e.g. payment gateways, logistics)
* Background in eCommerce, fintech, and/or logistics-tech
* Experience building for international markets is a strong plus
* You’ve built for — or with — modern fashion commerce leaders (think Lyst, Depop, Farfetch… not John Lewis)
