Our Head of Art will have experience of teaching and leading across the subject area, with a proven background of achieving successful outcomes. The role will encompass the leadership and management of all aspects of the curriculum, as well as monitoring the quality and consistency of provision.
As Head of Department, you willdevelopcomprehensive programmes of study, creating resources, designing schemes of work, and implementing effective assessment and teaching strategies, to ensure relevance to the needs of pupils, examining and awarding bodies and the Academy’s Aims and Development Planobjectives.Our Curriculum Intent can be viewedhere.
