Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education
* Drive innovation across the curriculum, including extracurricular opportunities like forest school, cooking and music
* Build meaningful relationships with families and the wider community
* Oversee occupancy, budgets, and marketing activity, with support from senior leadership
* Ensure full compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding, SEND and health & safety requirements
* Champion inclusion, child development, and continuous improvement across the setting
What Were Looking For
* Minimum of one years experience in an early years leadership role
* A strong understanding of EYFS, early years legislation and best practice
* Exceptional leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with nursery management systems (such as Family)
* A creative and reflective approach to leadership
* A full UK driving licence
* A degree in Early Years is preferred, but Level 3 Childcare qualifications will be considered in line with GOV.UK guidelines
