Part-Time Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Assistant (22.5 hours per week) One of our most dynamic and well-known clients is seeking a Part-Time Finance Assistant to join a team at the Oxford office of this growing and innovative organisation. This is a Part-Time role 22.5 hours per week, you will be required in the office on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be ensuring accurate recording, timely processing of payments and collections, reconciliation of accounts, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Part-Time AP/AR Assistant Responsibilities Some of your duties will include: Generate, manage and resolve Monthly and Quarterly Sales Invoices and queries Set up new Customer Accounts and monitor existing accounts Process Daily Bank Receipts Run and send weekly customer Statements Monitor and resolve any unallocated cash, liaising with customers to resolve Maintain Sales Ledger Master Data Accurately raise and process Purchase Orders within agreed SLA Monitor the Accounts inbox and action incoming emails within an agreed SLA Assist in Month, Quarter and Year-End Closing processes and reporting Perform other related duties as assigned, to support the needs of the team Part-Time AP/AR Assistant Rewards Our client has a friendly and relaxed open-plan office.
