We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions within our organisation. You will play a crucial part in building relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with our organisational goals.
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00. This position will require to work some weekends so flexibility is essential.
Salary £25 400 per annum + commison
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offers.
* Utilise social media management tools to enhance our online presence and engage potential candidates.
* Generate leads through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
* Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is essential.
* Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in lead generation techniques to attract potential candidates.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
* Have a strong drive and be able to focus on targets
