Role Description We are looking for a commercially aware Partnerships Manager to manage and develop affiliate and lender relationships across our US network. You will be judged on performance, not time spent online. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow affiliate and lender accounts Develop and maintain strategic partnerships Structure and support brokerage and tiered agreements Monitor performance and optimise yield Build strong working relationships with stakeholders Maintain disciplined pipeline and account processes Qualifications Degree preferred Experience in a similar role, ideally within pingtree, affiliate network, performance marketing, fintech, insurance or financial services Strong account management and relationship building skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage and develop strategic partnerships Commercial awareness and performance mindset Flexible to align with US hours when required
