Our client are looking for a Process Support Specialist to play a critical role in standardising work processes, analysing performance data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across their production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and Single Point Lessons.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimise and standardise machine settings.
Structure, manage, and visualise process data for accessibility and analysis.
Conduct audits on equipment and process settings to ensure compliance with established standards.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., throughput, downtime, OEE, customer complaints).
Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Support root cause analysis and contribute to problem-solving related to quality, safety, hygiene, and performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices.
