Job Title: CNC Wood Machinist
Location: West Bromwich
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 6am – 6pm, 4 on / 4 off (Days Only)

Our growing client based in West Bromwich is seeking an experienced CNC Wood Machinist to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC wood machinery to produce high-quality wooden components

Monitor machine output and ensure product quality standards are met
*
Perform tool changes and carry out basic machine maintenance
*
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
Ideal Candidate
*
Proven experience in CNC wood machining (essential)
*
Basic CNC programming skills (training available for the right candidate)
*
FLT licence is advantageous but not essential
*
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
*
Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
