Location: Midlands stores across Birmingham Fort, Bullring, West Bromwich, Walsall, Fosse Park, Merry Hill, Derby and Nottingham. This is a mobile Store Manager role that enables the successful applicant to work in a number of stores within the area and then move into a home store.
Description
We are hiring for an Associate Manager to join our exciting stores based in the Midlands. There is an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best Customer shopping experience possible. This role provides a substantial training plan to help you succeed when appointed to a store and offers exposure to multiple stores within the area.
We invest in our training and development and this role will be no different. Our aim is to continue to build and create an environment where our employees can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported in your journey, and we will celebrate with you every step of the way. Regular 1-2-1s, training, and support will be available, and you will be given all the tools to help you thrive and feel empowered on your journey with us. We also have a track record of progression, support, and training across our teams where people have progressed upwards or into new opportunities within the business.
