Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and track the quality performance of parts and products in the field
* Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation
* Analyse quality trends and highlight issues for corrective and preventive actions
* Follow up on quality-related matters through to final resolution and disposition
* Coordinate and conduct meetings with internal departments and external vendors on quality issues
* Develop, review, and improve inspection and quality control processes
* Train and support technicians and vendors on quality standards and procedures
* Investigate field failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions
* Ensure compliance with EHS procedures, workplace safety policies, and safe work practices
Job Requirements
* Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Precision Engineering
* At least 5 years of experience in Quality Control and/or related functions
* Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with ISO9001 / ISO45001 quality systems and quality tools
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and quality management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Meticulous, detail‑oriented, and possesses a strong quality mindset
* Demonstrates integrity, initiative, and the ability to work independently
