Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students, including those with additional needs.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe, supported, and motivated to succeed.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents/carers.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and support student development.
* Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities, events, and pastoral support.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Strong subject knowledge in insert subject if applicable, e.g., English, Maths, Science, etc. .
* Proven ability to raise attainment and deliver outstanding teaching and learning.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A reflective practitioner with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives.
