This is a fantastic opportunity for an Overheating Assessor to become part of an extremely successful and leading sustainability consultancy working from a fully remote position. If you have experience as an Overheating Assessor, or with Part O please read below.
Job responsibilities of the Overheating Assessor:
1. Producing overheating TM52 and TM59 assessments, Part O assessments
2. Thermal modelling using IES software
3. Being involved in energy assessments and modelling
4. Consulting on building design to comply with part L
The ideal Overheating Assessor will have:
5. Have experience in a similar job using IES, TM52 and TM59
6. Computer literacy skills
7. A confident and motivated personality
