J ob Details Contract type: Permanent Hours: 18.5 hours & 29.5 hours Annual Salary: 18.5 hours £12,457 [£25,490 Full Time Equivalent] & 29.5 hours: £20,392 [£25,490 Full Time Equivalent] Location: This is a home based role with travel to our head offices at Lilleshall National Sports Centre as required The Opportunity The Programming Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a high quality, well organised programme of regional and national education courses that support the development of coaches and judges across the gymnastics pathway. The post holder will coordinate course planning and administration, work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and help ensure an efficient, compliant and customer focused service that meets the needs of the gymnastics community. Main responsibilities The main responsibilities of the role are: Coordinate and deliver a well organised programme of regional and national education courses Plan courses at least six months in advance to meet current and future customer demand Liaise with clubs, coaches, regional colleagues, tutors and venues to support successful course planning and delivery Manage course logistics across in person and virtual platforms, including online delivery arrangements Monitor course viability and make informed decisions based on customer experience and revenue considerations Maintain accurate and up to date records across CRM and other relevant systems Support the wider department by sharing workload, contributing ideas and helping to improve processes and ways of working Ensure bookings, payments, invoicing and administration are completed accurately and in line with procedures Maintain compliance with required standards across course set up, administration and completion Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment by upholding safeguarding, equality, data protection and health and safety requirements About you We're looking for someone who can demonstrate: Experience of co ordinating activities, programmes or events in a busy administrative environment Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Good analytical skills, with confidence in monitoring activity and reporting on figures and trends Strong administration skills and attention to detail Experience of using CRM systems and other digital platforms to maintain accurate records Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and as part of a wider team Confident communicator with a customer focused approach Understanding of course administration, education programmes or qualification processes would be b
