JOB SPECIFICATION JOB TITLE: Traffic Management Administrator JOB LOCATION: Penrith TERMS: Permanent THE JOB You will be responsible for assisting in the administration duties and scheduling of the Traffic Management team, providing advice and guidance and ensuring compliance with KPIs and targets. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? To assist in the administration duties and scheduling of the TM team, providing advice and guidance where possible and ensuring compliance with KPIs and targets Assist in programming & planning of TM works including completion of the daily tracking Provide administrative assistance in management of operatives qualifications Assist in scheduling and resourcing of work volumes in line with build requirements Ensure relevant Health & Safety standards are followed and achieved Oversee completion of TM works, ensuring they are carried out in line with current legislation, permit conditions and all documentation is complete and accurate Point of contact for council interaction on TM related permits including TTRO’s Ensure Advanced Warning Signs are populated and distributed in line with legislative requirements Management of sub-contractor resource, ensuring costs and work are tracked Attend all required meetings with both internal team & sub-contractors Provide data towards weekly progress meetings and other associated meetings as required Co-ordination of work in line with delivery programme Assess, review, and mitigate commercial & contractual risks Monitor work production outputs closely with regular dialogue between the Traffic Manager and Head of Streetworks. On site visits as required WHAT WILL YOU BRING? Experience of working within a Traffic Management Team Experience of providing TM to Telecoms or utilities industries or similar role Demonstratable experience of leading a team and ensuring compliance on site Full driver licence preferred Excellent communication skills Demonstrable organisation and time management skills Demonstratable understating of cost control / management Must have a positive attitude to problem solving ABOUT US Viberoptix, part of the Fibrus Group of companies, deliver specialised fibre network build solutions from design, civils activities, cabling and splicing.
