About the role
You are a dedicated SEND Instructor to deliver high-quality, learner-centred lessons. You will support students’ academic progress, personal development and wellbeing through adaptive teaching, ongoing assessment and strong collaboration with colleagues and families. The role involves planning, tracking progress, and creating a safe, engaging learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Unqualified Teacher you will:
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or above
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
* Experience supporting SEND ( SLD, ASC, PMLD or Post-16)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or above
