Contract Type: Ad-hoc | Block Bookings | Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Flexible – your minimum availability will need to be 2–3 shifts per week
Pay: Competitive hourly rates – Weekly pay (hourly rate shown is via umbrella)

We’re recruiting for passionate and reliable Adult Support Workers to join our team, supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities. Work is available across a variety of residential homes and social care settings.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance
*
Promoting independence, choice, and dignity for service users
*
Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
*
Engaging in activities and encouraging community involvement
*
Managing challenging behaviours professionally and compassionately
*
Following care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding protocols
*
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns promptly
✅ Requirements
*
Minimum 6 months’ experience in adult social care or residential settings
*
Confident supporting adults with LD, autism, or mental health conditions
*
Willingness to work a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
*
Up-to-date mandatory training (or willing to complete)
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Driving licence desirable (not essential, depends on location)
