Our client is looking to hire an IT support desk person to join their busy team. You will be a technically skilled person with 2+ years experience working on a support desk.
The role:
* Managing tickets and communicating with customers
* Support desk for operations and backup and recovery
* Logging and triaging issues
* Resolving issues including storage, compute and networking support
* Often complex security challenges
* Configure and manage and monitor backup systems

* Able to transition between assisting with backup recover and IT operational issues
* Strong technical skill-set
* Have a logical, articulate communication style
