The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant on the Contract A&F desk, you'll develop a deep understanding of the interim finance market, connecting high-calibre candidates with clients across a wide variety of industries.
Your desk is your business - you'll spend your days building relationships with clients and candidates, coordinating interviews, and filling roles with urgency and accuracy. Winning new business, nurturing client relationships, and making confident outbound approaches will be key to your growth.
