The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family. As a Clubroom F&B Supervisor, you will oversee a team within our indoor and outdoor operation, managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights and other activities.
Responsibilities
* Oversee a team in indoor and outdoor settings, ensuring high‑quality food and exceptional service.
* Plan and execute events (e.g., summer BBQs, quiz nights) to enhance member experience.
* Maintain standards of cleanliness, safety and regulatory compliance in all food service areas.
* Develop and implement operational procedures that support efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
* A self‑motivated individual who takes pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service.
* Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
* Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
