This is a great opportunity to join our team. As our Housing Management Coordinator, youll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation!
Our service offers welcoming, supportive housing for people at risk of homelessness or rough sleeping, with all our referrals coming through our partners at Rushmoor Council.
What youll do
1. Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
2. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
3. Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.
4. Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void rooms / bed spaces / proper...
