Hallgate Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced teacher from September 2025. We have a number of opportunities / working arrangements available for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:
1. Be an effective and experienced teacher, who can deliver a broad and balanced curriculum and has a good understanding of the requirements of teaching across the primary age range.
2. Be committed to ensuring that every child who starts at Hallgate has the best possible start to their education, enabling them to develop important learning skills for the future.
3. Have a good understanding of a range of assessment strategies and how this information can be used to ensure children progress.
4. Be enthusiastic and committed to providing pupils with rich, rewarding and relevant learning experiences.
5. Be a calm, positive and effective communicator with an ability to develop positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, governors and outside agencies.
6. Demonstrate skills as a flexible and strong team player, resilient and eager to take a full and active part in all aspects of school life.
7. Have proven experience as an effective subject leader and is capable of driving high standards and leading development in an area of the curriculum.
