Conveyancing Assistant – Barnsley
A well-established law firm in South Yorkshire is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Residential Property team at the Barnsley office.
In this role, you'll provide vital support to the fee earners and wider conveyancing team. Responsibilities will include:
* Handling client telephone calls, emails and general enquiries
* Drafting and managing documents via digital dictation (BigHand)
* Using the firm’s case management system
* Preparing Land Registry applications and property searches
* Corresponding with clients and third parties
* General administrative tasks including managing incoming/outgoing post
You will be organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.
