Introduction
At OFG, we work smarter so you can spend more time doing what makes you happy! We're participating in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, which means you could be working four days a week instead of five, improving your work/life balance. This initiative will be implemented within our school once we have a full staff team, within the next year.
About the role
We are seeking passionate individuals who enjoy working in challenging yet rewarding environments, supporting the development of social, life, and independence skills, and making a positive impact on young people's lives.
