About the Assembler Role
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Assembler to join our Operations team. This role involves building, testing and maintaining mechanical and/or electrical assemblies to high quality standards. Youll play an important part in ensuring our products meet customer expectations and support continuous improvement across the department.
Assembler Key Responsibilities
Build mechanical and electrical assemblies using technical drawings, SOPs and CMMs.
Assemble, inspect and test components and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
Carry out electromechanical work including fans, motors and heaters.
Use a range of hand tools and measuring equipment (e.g., torque drivers, crimp tools, micrometers, verniers).
Identify and troubleshoot issues through testing and inspection.Assembler Skills & Experience
Competent with hand tools and smallcomponent assembly.
Soldering skills; experience with lathes, drills or similar equipment (brazing desirable).
Previous experience in a production or assembly environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Methodical, logical and able to manage time effectively.
Profesisonal, selfmotivated and able to work under pressure.What Were Looking For in the Assembler
