As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be the fundamental link between our products and customers, whilst supporting and developing our Stylists.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support and deputise for the management team in delivering KPIs and implementing profit opportunities.
2. Set and monitor individual, daily, and weekly sales targets for the store team to enhance performance.
3. Analyze KPIs and team performance through reports and update the management team accordingly.
4. Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration, and rota planning.
5. Enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional 1-2-1 service, ensuring the customer always comes first.
6. Inspire, motivate, and develop the team through training, coaching, and sharing product knowledge.
7. Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody our core values.
8. Possess strong customer service skills and experience in managing a team efficiently.
9. Have a proven track record of developing and growing team members.
10. Experience in achieving and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, with a solid understanding of store operations.
