Empowering Learning is looking to appoint a motivated and innovative Art teacher initially on a temporary basis, You will take a lead role in developing and strengthening a successful department. This role is ideal for someone with a solid art or Design Technology background who is passionate about improving outcomes, engaging students, and positively shaping young people's future pathways. Based within a secondary school in South Oxfordshire, you will have a central role in influencing curriculum delivery and teaching practice across the department. You will support students in developing both theoretical understanding and hands-on skills that support progression into further education or employment. Working as part of a committed and encouraging team, you will contribute to the delivery of a modern, industry-focused curriculum in a well-equipped setting.
